Shipping InformationShipping InformationWe send all of our orders via a recorded method due to the high value of many of the items we sell. So if in the odd chance your order goes missing we will be able to either send out a replacement free of charge or refund your money if the product was one of a kind like many of our original and rare items are. The reason we will not ship any of our orders using first class or an un-trackable method is to avoid any postal loss. Sadly it can happen from time to time and because many of the items we stock are so rare and expensive it would'nt be fair on the customer or us if something did go missing.Order ShippingHere at Horror Warehouse we aim to ship your order the same day if placed before 3pm Monday To Saturday. We will add tracking numbers to all orders made outside of the United Kingdom and what service they are using for e.g DHL Courier.Order Not ArrivedFor United Kingdom customers if your order has not arrived a few days after you receive the "SHIPPED" email please email us using the contact form or at sales@horrorwarehouse.com and quote your order number if possible.Return & Exchange PolicyProvided the item qualifies for a refund some items are sold As-Is, buyer has 3 days from receipt of item to contact us to set up a return for refund. Item must be returned to us prior to a refund being given. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer unless the issue is our oversight.State & Customs TaxThe customers is responsible to pay any state or import tax on any orders from our store. This only applies to those ordering outside of the EU.
